Rich Martin has over 42 years of experience in the insurance industry, starting his adventure in the insurance industry in 1982 in his Father’s insurance agency in Wenonah, NJ after graduating Widener University in Chester PA. After taking over the reins of his Father’s insurance agency Rich then merged into Insurance Office of America (IOA) in 1997 helping to establish the first branch office of IOA. Throughout his carrier Rich has serviced a diverse range of commercial clients, cultivating long-standing relationships with many loyal clients. His success can largely be attributed to his unwavering commitment to providing high-quality service paired with competitive and innovative insurance solutions. A key component of Rich’s approach to insurance is his focus on Risk Management Services, a cornerstone of the offerings at IOA. Rich provides insight and assistance utilizing sound risk management techniques to avoid or minimize exposure to loss which translates to helping clients improve their bottom line. Rich shares his time between New Jersey and Maryland and enjoys in his spare time attending sporting events and boating at the South Jersey shore with his family.
